Delivery & Refunds
Dillibazar.in ships the products directly to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 4 – 5 days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping/Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges are flat and shall apply as per the PIN Code of your city.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For all items ships your items through couriers. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 3 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Hidden Charges:
Dillibazar.in does not charge you any hidden charges you will get the final price during check out. Applicable government taxes are added to your order and are listed per item.
Dillibazar.in or Hr. Medicare entire liability to you shall be the refund of the money charged from you for any specific order, under which the unlikely liability arises. Under no circumstance shall Dillibazaar be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.
Shipping Items to different locations for the same order:
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
International Locations:
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
Cancellation policy:
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the 10 days by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Non-availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Return Policy:
For products that are shipped to you, Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. However, a buyer can return the product at the same time of delivery if found any kind of defect in the product, the good will be replaced with in 10 days. Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the
customer. In case of
damage to the original packaging or the goods Dillibazar.in reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. Please send us a mail at Dillibazar.in@gmail.com or call us on +91 9560655569 if in case you wish to return the good out of any reason. No goods will be accepted if original packing or any kind of defect we found in the good by customer end. For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money through NEFT/Online Bank Transfer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days. For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects, please send us a mail Dillibazar.in@gmail.com to obtain a Return Receipt Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 7 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
